See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Can you (O Muhammad SAW) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them? 98
