For he confirmed it not, and did not pray, 31 he belied the truth and turned away; 32 Then he went back to his home in pride. 33 Woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you! 34 Again your ruin has come close, still closer. 35 Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)? 36 Was he not a drop of sperm emitted (in lowly form)? 37 Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him] 38 From the human being, God made males and females in pairs. 39 Is not that [Creator] Able to give life to the dead? 40
