Al-Ahzaab 9 of 9
O you who have believed, be not like those who abused Moses; then Allah cleared him of what they said. And he, in the sight of Allah, was distinguished. 69 O ye who believe! Guard your duty to Allah, and speak words straight to the point; 70 He will rectify for you your works, and forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeyeth Allah and His apostle, he hath indeed achieved a mighty achievement. 71 Lo! We offered the trust unto the heavens and the earth and the hills, but they shrank from bearing it and were afraid of it. And man assumed it. Lo! he hath proved a tyrant and a fool. 72 So that God punishes men and women hypocrites, the idolaters and idolatrous women, but He turns to faithful men and women in forgiveness, for God is forgiving and kind. 73
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
