Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Qaf. By the honored Qur'an... 1 Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing! 2 What, when we are dead and become dust? That is a far returning!' 3 We know what the earth diminishes of them; with Us is a book recording. 4 In fact they denied the Truth when it came to them, so they are now in a dilemma. 5 Do they not look at the sky above them?- How We have made it and adorned it, and there are no flaws in it? 6 And the earth! We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and have produced therein every kind of lovely growth (plants). 7 To give sight and as a reminder to every servant who turns frequently (to Allah). 8 And We send down from the sky blessed water whereby We give growth unto gardens and the grain of crops, 9 and tall palmtrees with compact spathes 10 A sustenance for the servants, and We give life thereby to a dead land; thus is the rising. 11 The people of Noah, Ar-Rass and Thamud denied before you, 12 And the tribe of 'Ad, and Pharaoh, and the brethren of Lot, 13 And the dwellers of the grove and the people of Tuba; all rejected the apostles, so My threat came to pass. 14 Were We then fatigued with the first creation? Yet are they in doubt with regard to a new creation. 15
