28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Say (O Muhammad SAW): "It has been revealed to me that a group (from three to ten in number) of jinns listened (to this Quran). They said: 'Verily! We have heard a wonderful Recital (this Quran)! 1 ‘That guides to the path of goodness, we have therefore accepted faith in it; and we shall never ascribe anyone as a partner to our Lord.’ 2 for [we know] that sublimely exalted is our Sustainer's majesty: no consort has He ever taken unto Himself, nor a son! 3 And the foolish among us were wont to forge lies against Allah exceedingly. 4 And lo! we had supposed that humankind and jinn would not speak a lie concerning Allah - 5 And indeed (O Muhammad) individuals of humankind used to invoke the protection of individuals of the jinn, so that they increased them in revolt against Allah); 6 And they had thought, as you thought, that Allah would never send anyone [as a messenger]. 7 ‘And we reached the sky, so we found it strongly guarded and filled with comets.’ 8 And we were wont to sit on seats therein to listen; but whosoever listeneth now findeth for him a dartin meteor in wait. 9 and that “we do not know whether evil is intended for those on the earth, or whether their Lord intends to direct them to the Right Way”; 10 And among us are the righteous, and among us are [others] not so; we were [of] divided ways. 11 We knew that we could never challenge God whether we stayed on earth or fled elsewhere. 12 So when we heard the guidance we believed in it; and he who believes in his Lord will neither fear loss nor force. 13 Some of us have come to submission, and some of us are iniquitous.'" Those who have submitted have taken the right course; 14 'But those who swerve,- they are (but) fuel for Hell-fire'- 15 If they had followed the Path We would give to them abundant water to drink, 16 so as to test them by this means: for he who shall turn away from the remembrance of his Sustainer, him will He cause to undergo suffering most grievous. 17 All places of worship are for God; so do not invoke any one with God. 18 (It has been revealed to me that) When the slave of Allah (Muhammad SAW) stood up invoking (his Lord Allah) in prayer to Him they (the jinns) just made round him a dense crowd as if sticking one over the other (in order to listen to the Prophet's recitation). 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
