Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
