Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 All except the household of Lut; surely we are going to deliver all of them. 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
