The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise unto Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. 2 The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone turn for help. 5 Guide us to the straight path: 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
