Al-Zukhruf 4 of 7

To whosoever blinds himself from the Remembrance of the Merciful, We shall assign him a satan so he is his companion, 36 And verily, they (Satans / devils) hinder them from the Path (of Allah), but they think that they are guided aright! 37 When such a person comes to Us, he will say [to his comrade], "If only you had been as far away from me as east is from west. What an evil comrade!" 38 And since you were unjust, it will not profit you this day that you are sharers in the chastisement. 39 Can you (O Muhammad SAW) make the deaf to hear, or can you guide the blind or him who is in manifest error? 40 Even if We take thee away, We shall be sure to exact retribution from them, 41 Or We shall show thee that (accomplished) which We have promised them: for verily We shall prevail over them. 42 So hold fast to all that has been revealed to thee: for, behold, thou art on a straight way; 43 And verily, this (the Quran) is indeed a Reminder for you (O Muhammad SAW) and your people (Quraish people, or your followers), and you will be questioned (about it). 44 And question thou our messengers whom We sent before thee; did We appoint any deities other than (Allah) Most Gracious, to be worshipped? 45
