Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
