The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
