۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
