۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
