Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily, the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Will be the food of the sinners, 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 We have made this Quran easy to understand, in your own language, so that they may take heed. 58 So you wait. They are also waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
