And man saith: When I am dead, shall I forsooth be brought forth alive? 66 But does man not remember that We created him when he was nothing before? 67 By your Lord, We will bring them back to life with satan and gather them around hell in large groups. 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 Moreover, We well know those who most deserve to be burned in hell. 70 And there is not one of you but shall come to it; this is an unavoidable decree of your Lord. 71 Then We shall deliver those that were godfearing; and the evildoers We shall leave there, hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 How many generations that had far more wealth and ostentation have We laid low before them! 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 And God endows those who avail themselves of [His] guidance with an ever-deeper consciousness of the right way; and good deeds, the fruit whereof endures forever, are, in thy Sustainer's sight, of far greater merit [than any worldly goods,] and yield far better returns. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 No! We will record what he says and extend for him from the punishment extensively. 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken to them other gods apart from God, that they might be for them a might. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
