۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
