He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ The Prophet frowned and turned away 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 What could inform thee but that he might grow (in grace) 3 (He might) remember, and the Reminder might profit him. 4 As for he who thinks himself without need, 5 Unto him thou attendest. 6 though you will not be questioned even if he never purifies himself. 7 but as for him who came unto thee full of eagerness 8 and fearfully, 9 Of him wast thou unmindful. 10 No indeed, this is a Reminder; 11 Let him who will, pay heed to it. 12 in [the light of His] revelations blest with dignity, 13 exalted, purified, 14 In the hands of scribes (angels). 15 noble and virtuous scribes. 16 May (the disbelieving) human being be condemned! What makes him disbelieve? 17 Of what thing hath He created him? 18 He created him from a living germ. He determined his fate 19 then eased his path for him, 20 Then He caused him to die and made him to be buried. 21 then, when He wills, He raises him. 22 No indeed! Man has not accomplished His bidding. 23 Then let mankind look at his food - 24 That We watered it in abundance. 25 then We split the earth in fissures 26 And cause the grain to grow therein 27 and grape vines and vegetables, 28 And olives and date palms, 29 And enclosed Gardens, dense with lofty trees, 30 And fruits and Abba (herbage, etc.), 31 A provision for you and for your cattle. 32 So when the deafening Shout arrives, 33 On the Day whereon a man shall flee from his brother, 34 his mother and his father, 35 And his wife and his children, 36 Everyone on that Day will have affairs to keep him occupied. 37 on that Day some faces will be beaming, 38 Laughing, rejoicing. 39 And [other] faces, that Day, will have upon them dust. 40 Blackness will cover them: 41 These are they who are unbelievers, the wicked. 42
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل متنوع حيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين أبدا. القرآن هو العهد الخاتم والفاصل من الله الواحد الأحد لكافة الناس من جميع الألوان والأشكال.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color. Pages diversely generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice. The Quran is the conclusive Final Testament of the One and Only God for all people of all colors and shapes.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
