We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
