▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Everyone on it must pass away. 26 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory. 27 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 28 Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter. 29 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 30 Jinn and mankind, We shall certainly settle your accounts. 31 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 32 O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! 33 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten brass will be released against you and you will not be able to protect yourselves. 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 38 For, on that Day, neither man nor jinn will be questioned about his sins. 39 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 40 The guilty will be known by their marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 They will go round and around between it and boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
