The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11
