Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the sky is split, 1 When the planets are dispersed, 2 And when the seas are burst forth (got dried up); 3 And when the graves are laid open, 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 O man! What is it that lures you away from your bountiful Sustainer, 6 who has created thee, and formed thee in accordance with what thou art meant' to be, and shaped thy nature in just proportions, 7 and composed thee after what form He would? 8 Rather, you belied the Recompense. 9 Verify there are for you guardians, 10 Kiraman (honourable) Katibin writing down (your deeds). 11 and these honorable scribes know whatever you do. 12 the virtuous will dwell in bliss, 13 The wicked certainly in Hell: 14 which they will enter on the Day of Judgment 15 And never therefrom will they be absent. 16 How can you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 17 Again, what could let you know what the Day of Recompense is! 18 It will be a Day when no human being shall be of the least avail to any other human being, God [alone] will hold command on that Day. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
