The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
