We have revealed the Qur'an to you gradually; 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Surely men love what hastes away and forget the grievous day (ahead). 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 Verily this is an admonition; then whosoever will, may choose a way unto his Lord. 29 And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
