To Moses We did give Nine Clear Signs: Ask the Children of Israel: when he came to them, Pharaoh said to him: "O Moses! I consider thee, indeed, to have been worked upon by sorcery! 101 Musa said: assuredly thou knowest that none hath sent down these save the Lord of the heavens and the earth as an enlightenment; and verily I imagine thee, Fir'awn, doomed. 102 Pharaoh sought to provoke them so that they would leave the land, but We drowned him, together with all who were with him. 103 And We said thereafter to the Children of Israel, "Dwell securely in the land (of promise)": but when the second of the warnings came to pass, We gathered you together in a mingled crowd. 104 We have sent it down with the truth, and with the truth it has come down. We have not sent you except a bearer of glad tidings and a warner, 105 And this is a Recitation which We have made distinct that thou mayest recite it unto mankind with delay, and We have revealed it at intervals. 106 Say, "It does not matter whether you believe in it or not, for when it is read to those who had received the knowledge (heavenly Books) that were sent before, they bow down and prostrate themselves before the Lord. 107 and say, "Exaltations be to our Lord! The promise of our Lord is done.' 108 And they fall down upon their faces, weeping, and their humility increases when (the Qur'an) is recited to them. ۩ 109 Say: "Call Him Allah or call Him Ar-Rahman; whatever the name you call Him by, all His names are beautiful." Do not say your prayers too loudly or in too low a voice, but follow a middle coarse. 110 and say: "All praise is due to God, who begets no offspring, and has no partner in His dominion, and has no weakness, and therefore no need of any aid" - and [thus] extol His limitless greatness. 111
