And recite to them the tiding of Abraham 69 when he asked his father and his people, "What is that which you worship?" 70 They said: "We worship idols, and to them we are ever devoted." 71 He asked, "Do they hear you when you call to them? 72 or do they profit you, or harm?' 73 They exclaimed: But we found our forefathers doing the same!" 74 Said [Abraham]: "Have you, then, ever considered what it is that you have been worshipping 75 and what your grandfathers worshipped 76 “They are all my enemies, except the Lord Of The Creation.” 77 Who created me, then He has shown me the way: 78 and is the One who gives me to eat and to drink, 79 He who cures me when I am ill; 80 And He Who shall cause me to die, and then shall quicken me. 81 and whom I am eager shall forgive me my sins on the Day of Recompense' 82 "O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous; 83 Make my words come true in the future. 84 and make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; 85 and forgive my father, for he was among the astray. 86 “And do not disgrace me on the day when everyone will be raised.” 87 the Day when nothing will avail, neither wealth nor offspring, 88 Unless it be he, who shall bring unto Allah a whole heart, 89 And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous. 90 and Hell advanced for the perverse. 91 It will be said to them: 'Where is that you worshipped, 92 besides God? Can they help you or even help themselves?" 93 Then the idols and those who strayed will be hurled into the Fire headlong, one upon another, 94 and the hosts of iblis all together. 95 They shall say while they contend therein: 96 "We were clearly misguided 97 "'When we held you as equals with the Lord of the Worlds; 98 "'And our seducers were only those who were steeped in guilt. 99 and we have no intercessors now, 100 nor any loving friend. 101 If only we could return we would be among the believers." 102 In this there is evidence (of the truth), but many of them do not have any faith. 103 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
