The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
