Indeed the tree of Zaqqum, – 43 shall be food for the sinners: 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
