No! I swear by that you see 38 And what you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
