And recall when Moosa said to his assistant, “I will not give up until I reach the place where the two seas meet or until I have progressed for ages.” 60 And when the twain reached the confluence of the two, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea freely. 61 And when the twain had passed by, he said unto his page: bring us our morning-meal, assuredly we have met from this journey of ours, toil 62 He said, 'What thinkest thou? When we took refuge in the rock, then I forgot the fish-and it was Satan himself that made me forget it so that I should not remember it -- and so it took its way into the sea in a manner marvellous.' 63 [Musa (Moses)] said: "That is what we have been seeking." So they went back retracing their footsteps. 64 and they found one of Our servants to whom We had granted Our mercy and had given a knowledge from Ourself. 65 Musa said to him: Shall I follow you on condition that you should teach me right knowledge of what you have been taught? 66 Said he, 'Assuredly thou wilt not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 For how can you patiently bear with something you cannot encompass in your knowledge?" 68 Moses replied: "You shall find me, if Allah wills, patient; and I shall not disobey you in anything." 69 He said, "Then if you follow me, do not ask me about anything until I make to you about it mention." 70
