We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
