Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the morning brightness, 1 And [by] the night when it covers with darkness, 2 your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. 3 And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before. 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Has He not found thee an orphan, and given thee shelter? 6 And found thee lost on thy way, and guided thee? 7 Did He not find you poor and enrich you? 8 Therefore, as for the orphan, do not oppress (him). 9 Therefor the beggar drive not away, 10 and proclaim the bounty of your Lord. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
