Observest thou not those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah? whither are they turning away! 69 Those who reject the Book and that with which We have sent Our Apostle; but they shall soon come to know, 70 When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged 71 boiling water, and cast into the Fire. 72 And then they will be asked: "Where now are those [powers] to which you were wont to ascribe divinity 73 other than Allah' They will reply: 'They have gone astray from us. Indeed what we used to call upon before is nothing' Accordingly, Allah leads the unbelievers astray. 74 “This is the recompense of your being happy upon falsehood in the earth, and the recompense of your conceit.” 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide therein, and (indeed) what an evil abode of the arrogant! 76 So persevere in patience; for the Promise of Allah is true: and whether We show thee (in this life) some part of what We promise them,- or We take thy soul (to Our Mercy) (before that),-(in any case) it is to Us that they shall (all) return. 77 Indeed We sent many Noble Messengers before you, so We have related to you the affairs of some among them, and not related the affairs of some; and no Noble Messenger has the right to bring any sign except with the command of Allah; so the time when the command of Allah comes, the true judgement will be delivered and there will the people of falsehood be ruined. 78
