Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
