Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue that thou mayest bear good tidings thereby to the godfearing, and warn a people stubborn. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
