▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
