The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allah), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawafil additional prayers). 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
