The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the morning hours 1 And by the Night when it is still,- 2 your Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you, 3 And indeed the latter is better for you than the former. 4 Your Lord will give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? 6 And found you deeply engrossed in His love, so directed you? 7 And did He not find you in need and make you rich? 8 So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. 9 and do not reject the beggars 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
