Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who dissimulate 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
