We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
