O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him]. 102 And hold fast, all of you together, to the cable of Allah, and do not separate. And remember Allah's favour unto you: How ye were enemies and He made friendship between your hearts so that ye became as brothers by His grace; and (how) ye were upon the brink of an abyss of fire, and He did save you from it. Thus Allah maketh clear His revelations unto you, that haply ye may be guided, 103 And there may spring from you a nation who invite to goodness, and enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency. Such are they who are successful. 104 And be not like unto those who separated and differed among themselves after there had come unto them evidences. These! for them shall be a torment mighty. 105 the day when some faces are blackened, and some faces whitened. As for those whose faces are blackened -- 'Did you disbelieve after you had believed? Then taste the chastisement for that you disbelieved!' 106 And those whose faces have turned bright, they will be in the mercy of Allah, and therein they shall abide. 107 These are the signs of God We recite to thee in truth, and God desires not any injustice to living beings. 108 To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah will [all] matters be returned. 109
