Saad 5 of 5
(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say thou: I ask of you for it no hire, nor am I of the affecters. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
