Al-Jaatheyah 3 of 4

God has created the heavens and the earth with reason, so that He may reward each soul in accordance with what it has done; and no wrong will be done to them. 22 Then seest thou such a one as takes as his god his own vain desire? Allah has, knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart (and understanding), and put a cover on his sight. Who, then, will guide him after Allah (has withdrawn Guidance)? Will ye not then receive admonition? 23 And they say: there is naught but our life of the world; we die and we live, and naught destroyeth us save time. And they have no knowledge thereof; they do but guess. 24 And when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, their only contention is: “Bring back to us our fathers if you are truthful.” 25 Say, "Allah causes you to live, then causes you to die; then He will assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt, but most of the people do not know." 26
