Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By (the winds) that scatter dust. 1 And the clouds bearing a load. 2 Then by oath of those which move with ease. 3 And those that distribute and apportion by Command;- 4 Verily that which ye are promised is true; 5 And the judgment must most surely come about. 6 By the heaven with its passages, 7 You are surely caught in contradictions., 8 Let whoever wishes, turn away from Our Quran. 9 Cursed be the liars, 10 Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless. 11 they who [mockingly] ask, "When is that Day of Judgment to be?" 12 The day they will be burnt in the Fire, 13 (And it will be said unto them): Taste your torment (which ye inflicted). This is what ye sought to hasten. 14 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs, 15 Taking what their Lord gives them; surely they were before that, the doers of good. 16 they used to sleep but little by night, 17 And ere the dawning of each day would seek forgiveness, 18 and sharing their possessions with the beggars and the deprived. 19 There are many Signs on earth for those of sure faith, 20 There is also evidence of the Truth within your own selves. Will you then not see? 21 In heaven is your sustenance, and also that which you are promised. 22 This, by the Lord of the heavens and the earth is as certain as your ability to speak. 23
