Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I am only a warner, and there is no Allah save Allah, the One, the Absolute, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: "That is a Message Supreme (above all),- 67 from which you are turning away. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 And when I have made him and have breathed into him of My spirit. Fall down in homage before him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 He said: Surely you are of the respited ones, 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 Except Thy servants from among them, the purified ones. 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
