The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the racers, panting, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
Almighty God's Truth.
