Al-Imraan 6 of 20
Behold! Allah said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute. 55 Then as for those who disbelieved I shall torment them with a severe torment in the world and the Hereafter, nor shall have they any helpers. 56 But those who believe and do righteous deeds, He will reward them in full. Allah does not love the unjust.' 57 This is what We recite to you, [O Muhammad], of [Our] verses and the precise [and wise] message. 58 Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then He said unto him: Be! and he is. 59 O listener! (followers of this Prophet) This is the Truth from your Lord, so never be of those who doubt. 60 Those who dispute with you concerning him after the knowledge has come to you, say: 'Come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our womenfolk and your womenfolk, ourselves and yourselves. Then let us humbly pray, so lay the curse of Allah upon the ones who lie' 61 This is the true story. There is no god but God, and assuredly God is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 62 And if they turn away, then lo! Allah is Aware of (who are) the corrupters. 63

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
