▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
