The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 A flaming fire! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
