The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
