▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 in a hidden Book 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
